A little too much of an orange flavor for my taste. The rice was also very sticky. Just not my personal taste. Loved the beef and the snow peas!

I added about twice the ginger and garlic, and then threw in some cooked rice noodles when I put the sauce in the pan. It was excellent.

This was great! I made it exactly according to recipe and it was very good, but the second time I doubled the sauce and added a chopped onion and red pepper and thought it was perfect. Thanks for sharing! Goes great with basmati rice.

This recipe was good, but I think next time I'd add less soy sauce and more variety of veggies. It was a little too salty. I was also surprised this said it made four servings - maybe I went a little too heavy on the meat and peas (I eyeballed the measurements) but it seemed like 6 servings to me. I did have it with rice though, so maybe that's why it went so much further.

It was fine. I did double the sauce and I used inexpensive plum wine instead of rice wine (I had it in the house). It wasnt bad but it really wasn't anything special, just beef in brown sauce and not the best at that.

I now use this recipie at least twice a month... but I usually change it up and use peppers or broccoli instead of snow peas... all depends on what I've got in the veggie drawer

You need to double the sauce. It is a good basic sauce that can be attenuated to your tastes.

I marinated the beef for about 2 hours in a mixture of soy sauce, sesame oil and chili/garlic sriracha, then followed the recipe. Talk about quick and easy! Served it over brown rice with a couple of store-bought egg rolls. Not bad at all. Thanks!

I doubled the sauce but ended up not needing to. I also didn't have ginger or Rice wine and used green beans. Also, I should have used more sugar, but the sauce was good.

This works best if you cook it in a wok, but if you can't do that...make sure that your pan is HOT before you add any oil (and then food)...that should help prevent burning. Another tip is to always let oil slide down the side of the pan/wok to avoid splattering. Also it's so important to make sure that your beef is sliced THINLY. Absolutely double the sauce recipe!

Delicious and so easy to make!! I added onions, doubled the sauce, and served it over brown rice. You can probably add anything to this recipe as it is very versatile. I plan on using this recipe again. Yummy!

Fantastic! I also doubled the sauce, added a package of stir fry veggies from the fresh produce section, and used sirloin. I served this over jasmine rice. Yum!
