These are so easy and so good! When we want quick cookies this is what we make. My kids are so picky and this is one cookie they will eat!

I made these for the holiday celebration at work and they received rave reviews! I added chocolate covered dried cherries in place of the second cup of chocolate chips, and that gave them a nice touch of chewy tartness.

Sorry Ashley, but this was not a good cookie recipe. I have no idea what happened - I followed directions word-to-word, and the batter turned out very crumbly. I had to lower the temperature and keep the cookies in the oven longer, and they stil turned out burned at the edges, and unbaked in the middle. What a waste!
