Yummy!
I left out the bread crumbs and added more garlic. I also used 4 French Scallions in lieu of the regular onions. Instead of steaming my beans, I sauteed them in the wok, which left them soft with a bit of a crunch.
My husband hates nuts, but I would've loved to have tried this recipe with some pinenuts on top. Maybe next time I will do it and make him pick them off. Hee-hee!
