Very good - a Greek take on lasagna that has a different taste.

This was great, I did use alfredo sauce, just because it sounded like it might be better with the rest of the ingredients, but I would like to try using red sauce next time.

I love the idea of putting artichokes & spinach together in a lasagna, so I had high hopes for this recipe. However I found it to be a little lacking. I think perhaps it needed more seasoning and a ricotta or cottage cheese filling. My family & I thought it was just okay.

This was a very easy and flavorful dish. My husband loved it and he isn't always a spinach and artichoke man. I even made it for some friends who are new parents and they raved about it as well. I think if you wanted to add some sausage or meaty sauce it would be just as good. ENJOY!

I really loved this recipe. I had never made a vegetable lasagna without ricotta cheese, so I was a little worried about how it would turn out, but turn out it did!!! Actually, it was much less heavy than a typical lasagna. We liked it a whole lot better than the spinach/ricotta lasagna I usually make. Here are some recipe suggestions/modifications: *Add a little less (1/2 cup less) vegetable broth. *I used organic vegetable broth. *I used basil & rosemary. *I used whole wheat pasta. *I added mushrooms & zucchini. Would double batch next time & freeze 2nd lasagna (Its always nice to have a stash of healthy frozen meals available). Very very yummy!!

this was a great alternative to traditional lasagna. my family loved it! i added ricotta and used no boil noodles. i also added about 2 tablespoons flour to the onion/spinach/artichoke/broth/sauce mixture (before i added it to the pan) because it just looked so watery. next time i will make it with a cream sauce instead of a tomato.

Yum!!! Loved this recipe. I followed it to the letter. I ran out of sauce/ artichoke spinach mixture so I had to top my lasagna with additional pasta sauce. Next time I'll use about 14 oz more than the recipe calls for.

I made this for a non-traditional Christmas dinner and it was pretty good. I learned that I do like my lasagne to be very cheesy and I missed the ricotta, so next time I would add that. Other than wanting to chaneg the cheese it was great.

I served this during a Christmas Eve dinner and it was a huge hit. I made the spinach and artichoke mixture as instructed with the exception of using 1/2 alfredo sauce and 1/2 tomato sauce. I did not make lasagna though. I turned this into a baked ziti by mixing the sauce with 1 lb of cooked ziti noodles. I layered the ziti mixture with the mozzarella cheese in a 9x13 baking dish and topped it with the feta cheese and more mozzarella. This recipe is a keeper!

This was fantastic. I plan to add some mushrooms, and I left off the feta because I dislike it, but otherwise easy as can be. I even used no-boil lasagna noodles which made it even easier. Get yourself a good quality pasta sauce, it will make a difference!

My husband could not stop raving...and he is not one to give false praise! I added mushrooms, fresh baby bellas(sauteed with the onion and garlic). Not only was this delicious...it really was pretty easy for a lasagna!

This was a fantastic recipe! No one minded there was no meat in our meal. I substituted basil for the rosemary too. I also used more feta cheese in there too in each layer. Next time I'll add kalamata olives, I think that will make it even better! Because there's so much liquid, I didn't cook the noodles either, which makes it a one-pan meal!

I have been making this dish for Christmas for the past 5 years. It is absolutely a crowd pleaser. Instead of using cooking spray I use Olive Oil and I also use Roasted Garlic Alfredo sauce instead of red pasta sauce. I love love love it.

This was really good. I only had water-packed artichokes, so that is what I used. It would be better with the marinated.

I did this for a pot luck and it got great reviews. I did think it had a little too much liquid. Next time I will do a ricotta or cottage cheese mixture instead of the mozzarella throughout.
