This was very good! A lot better than I expected it to be. I am not a huge fan of vegetarian meals, but I really thought this had good substance without meat. I made half of it with ground beef for my boyfriend. Next time I think I will try it with alfredo sauce, and maybe grilled chicken.

This was a recipe that we were slightly unsure of, but wound up loving. We omitted the rosemary since we are not big fans of it an added a little more garlic. We are changing our diet to vegetarian and this is a meal that will become a regular.

This dish is a unique twist on spinach lasagna but the lack of ricotta and addition of artichoke turned out nicely. I used whole wheat cooked noodles, 3/4 C of broth, 1 jar of 3 cheese tomato sauce, 1/2 jar of vegetable tomato sauce, and a couple backs of the italian mixed shredded cheese. It wasn't too watery or anything like I read in the other reviews and turned out perfectly, the extra little sauce was good.

Been going meatless for the last few weeks and decided to give this recipe a try. I absolutely love lasagna and any pasta dish for that matter but my husband isn't so fond. I'd never cooked with artichoke before but love spinach artichoke dip! lol! Anyways, so I made this and I loved it! We had it for dinner 2 nights and I had it for lunch 3-4 days! Had to finish it! I didn't use all the vegetable broth, alittle more than half. Didn't cook the noodles done, only boiled for like 6 mins and turned out perfect. This wasn't watery or mushy as some users said. I didn't use feta cheese but I did add a can of chopped mushrooms to the sauce mixture. I think if I made this again I might would add two layers of ricotta cheese in between. Great dish though!

I was a little worried about doing something with no meat... but this was amazing. Everytime I have someone over for dinner I make this recipe, it works everytime and my guest love it.

Tasty. The kids didn't enjoy it as much as it sounds like some of the other reviewers children did but the ate some of it anyway. I loved it. Like other reviewers I didn't boil the noodles before baking and it came out perfect. Fully agree that boiling would have made much too watery!

This recipe was amazing! I added chopped carrots and mushrooms to the garlic and onions, used less mozarella (didn't have enough), and used plain goat cheese instead of feta (personal taste). I also added a little bit of sour cream to the sauce to make it creamy. Did not precook the noodles. It was slightly watery so I will probably reduce the broth just a bit next time. Oh, I also sprinkled the top with the fresh rosemary because I forgot to add it to the sauce. Great recipe!

My boyfriend liked this alot. My office manager went crazy for it. Used olive oil instead of cooking spray, used fresh spinach, and drained the mixture before adding the sauce. I used sundried tomato Alfedo sauce and it came out delicious!

A great lasagna! I tend to go a little heavier on the mozzarella cheese to amke it a bit thicker.

Very delicious recipe. I definitely recommend using no boil noodles - I did and my lasagna turned out just right, moist but not watery.

This was pretty good! I halved the recipe since I didn't need that much, and it worked well. I used the no boil noodles, and fresh spinach. It was pretty good, but I think next time I might go with the alfredo sauce!

I really enjoyed this, I followed it exact except I used dried rosemary, and made one layer of my noodles whole grain. (I'm trying to eat healthier) I would make this again!

My husband really liked this recipe. I diced up some chicken and put it in there along with a layer of ricotta cheese (with egg, mozzarella cheese and parsley). I also used extra tomato sauce. Good stuff!
