Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas (garbanzo beans), drained
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 cup drained marinated artichoke hearts
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • Quaker® Quakes® Ranch or Sour Cream & Onion Flavor Rice Snacks

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients except parsley and Quaker® Rice Snacks in work bowl of food processor. Pulse until smooth.
  2. Transfer to serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
  3. Stir in parsley. Dip or spread each Quakes Ranch Flavor Rice Snack with hummus.

Footnotes

  • If desired, one (8 oz.) container refrigerated ready-to-serve hummus may be substituted for chickpeas. Proceed as recipe directs using 1 tablespoon lemon juice and omitting water. If hummus is too thick, add water, a teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency.
