I love this recipe so much, I double the topping ingredients. Instead of using so much mayonnaise, I cut it by half and replace with Greek yogurt. It's still creamy and delicious, but without so much fat. I like to fix this at least 3 times a month. Hopefully we won't get burned out on it.

This was pretty good, very easy! Used half mayo and half sour cream as another reader suggested. Could have used more artichokes, perhaps another half a can.

This was really great. I was hesitant at first because I don't usually cook with mayo. I used half mayo and half sour cream like others suggested. I also add lots of black pepper, paprika and granulated garlic to the mix. I seasoned the chicken before topping with the artichoke mixture. I served this over mashed potatoes. The hubby loved it! Will definitely make again.

Since I have been on bedrest during my pregnancy, hubby decided to make this dish. It was actually pretty good. I think there was just a little too much of the artichoke topping, but otherwise it was great. Thanks for the post.

Good! Used non-marinated artichokes & all mayo(Hellmann's light), no sour cream, and we didn't find it too greasy at all. I seasoned the chicken on both sides and added chopped mushrooms, slivers of red onion, and dried parsley to the top before popping it in oven. Very tasty..

Not bad. I used marinated artichoke hearts and used half sour cream/half light mayo. I also breaded the chicken breasts and pan-fried them before topping with artichoke and putting in the oven. Nice for a change.

Delicious and easy. I did use the marinated artichokes for extra flavor. Tastes like yummy artichoke dip.

This is such a great recipe. I use large bone-in chicken breasts and bake in single serving clay dishes. If you have had bad luck with large chicken breasts being dry- try this recipe, you won't be sorry!

I love this recipe, I used the full amount of light mayo and the same amount of light sour cream. This made more sauce which my family likes. I also used two cans of artichokes. We serve this over rice and it is excellent@

This was very good! I used 1/2 mayo and 1/2 sour cream instead of all mayo. I also browned the chicken and added sauteed mushrooms to the sauce. Yummy, I will be making this often! Thanks for the great recipe!

This recipe caught my husband off-guard. He went on and on about how great it was! I substituted sour cream for the mayonaise (I'm not a fan of hot mayonaise). I used marinaded artichokes (I squeezed them dry), and covered the dish with panko bread crumbs. This dish was quick, easy, and delicious. That's worth 5 stars in my book!
