As advised, I also added garlic cloves and used half sour cream/half mayo. These were fantastic, and i made them after work, they were super easy!

Delicious! I subbed 1/4cup fat free sour cream and 1/2cup light mayo for the 3/4c mayo. Then added 1 can of diced chili's and 3 cloves diced garlic in addition to adding a light spice rub to the chicken breasts about 20min before putting it in the oven. 1/4 cup each of fat free sour cream, light mayo, light miracle whip. Squeezed out artichoke hearts really well, added 5 cloves garlic, added 1t chipotle powder,

Next time I will season the chicken. The chicken seemed a bit flavorless. However, the artichoke and other ingredients together worked well.

This recipe is awful. If you like a greasy dish this is it! Not to mention the flavor is bland and boring. If you must make it, add mushrooms and some more spices. Perhpas adding breadcrumbs to the top would soak up some of the grease that the mayo and parmesan cheese creates in this dish. Big thumbs down.

I'll hang onto this recipe because it was super easy and relatively tasty - but it was a bit too oily (i used marinated artichokes) and didn't need to be in the oven as long because I sliced the breasts in half. I also added sundried tomatoes to the topping, and that was a nice addition.

great recipe! scaled it down to 2 for just me and my sister. i browned the chicken in olive oil and garlic first and made my mixture almost all sour cream and a dollop of mayonnaise. i put bread crumbs on the chicken and paprika on top of the mixture. my very picky sister loved it!

This was okay on chicken but a little too much artichoke for our tastes. It dominated everything else. However, I mixed the leftover artichoke topping with about a half a package of cream cheese and heated it up as a dip and it was Wonderful! We dipped tortilla chips into it and it was much better than the first night on the chicken. If I made this again, I'll just make it as a dip and skip the chicken.

Loved this recipe! My chicken breast were pretty thick, so I had to bake it for atleast 10 minutes longer. I buy the large jar of artichokes from COSTCO, so I used a ton! I also grated the parmesan myself and added some to the top after baking. It was delicious... and not greasy at all like some reviewers had stated.

I'm rating this 5 stars because my dh, 6 year old daughter, and 13 month son all devoured it, and when I can get all of them to eat it, it's a keeper!! I on the other hand didn't find it all that flavorful. I will definitely make again, but saute some garlic into it. I also added some cooked bacon in it, which added a nice flavor.

These were super easy- yet lots of flavor so it seemed more complicated! Loved it! A great way to dress up a chicken breast, and using low fat mayo makes it very low fat!!

Really good recipe. I used 9 chicken tenders instead of the whole breast, and ended up using a little less mayo per the other reviews.. The topiing was good, and I still had plenty left over (probably had more to do with my chicken size though..) I will definitely make this again because we all ate it (including my 3 yr old - which is always HUGE!!)and really enjoyed it. I especially liked how EASY it was to throw together!

Flavor is great (make sure not to use marinated artichokes though). Not the prettiest of chicken dishes to offer to company but still it's the taste that matters and this is the only artichoke chicken recipe I use anymore.

I did not like the flavor of this dish at all. Others may enjoy it though. If you are going to make it, I would use less mayo. The consistency was to gooey for me.

Loved this recipe. However, I used half light sour cream and half mayo. I cooked the chicken on a pan first, then added the artichoke mix, and baked for about 45 minutes. I loved it!!!
