Taste like dumping artichoke(spinach) dip on chicken. If you like that kind of dip, you will like this dish too.

This recipe was quite a hit with my boyfriend, but I used shredded parmesan cheese instead of grated in the mixture and it turned out golden and bubbly.

This recipe was really good - I made one small change - I added 1/2 cup finely diced/chopped onion. Also, I don't care for powdered herbs and spices when I can use fresh, so I put 2 cloves of garlic in the garlic press and used that instead of the powder. Next time, I may do the half and half with the mayo but this turned out so good just as written I'm afraid to mess with success. Also, I didn't brown the chicken first and it was just fine - I don't think it would have added much.

As a busy nursing student, this recipe is the trifecta of what I look for, easy prep, easy clean up, and delicious. I added some sundried tomatoes I had in the fridge. Definately a keeper!

I found another recipe just like this and made some changes because I thought this was an interesting recipe. I used nonfat sour cream and lite mayo for the 3/4 cup. I also sauted onion, mushrooms, frozen spinach, Tbsp of capers. I cut the chicken into piesces and added several Tbls of lemon juice with salt, pepper, garlic and tyme..I also put bread crumbs on top and baked it until brown.YUMMY.My husband and I almost ate the whole dish which was enough for four!

This was very good. I agree with one of the other reviewers that the chicken would have been better marinated first. But other than that it was very tasty and the chicken came out very tender and juicy.

I really like the creamy artichoke dip you get in restaurants, so I thought I would like this. However, it seemed bland and I didn't like the chicken combined with the artichoke flavor.

This had a nice flavor -- I used light mayo and added a salt-free garlic and herb seasoning to make up for the lack of marinated artichokes. I also sprinkled the tops of the chicken with Italian breadcrumbs for some added punch. Nice and easy dish.

This is the best ever. I make it twice a month and sometimes i serve it when we have company. It is so easy to make and you can make the topping ahead of time as it keeps great in the frig. I also used the advice of others and use half mayo and half sour cream. Thank you so much for this recipe.

This was just okay, it's missing something.. and I can't figure out what. Maybe it needs some fresh sauteed garlic.. or the chicken to be marinated in an olive oil based marinade, like italian dressing.. I am going to experiment because I think the concept is great.. just needs some tweaking. The chicken was tender.. just needs more flavor.

We thought that this was wonderful! The topping tasted just like my artichoke dip. I did add a couple of tablespoons of cream cheese to the mixture and some extra garlic as well as seasoning my chicken first. This is in my keeper file. I think next time I may try it with marinated artichokes. Thanks!
