1 (14 ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
1 cup mayonnaise (such as Hellman's®)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1 loaf French bread, cut lengthwise in half
This was tasty! Made exactly as written...reminded me of 'artichoke chicken', w/o the chicken, of course, lol. This was rich, but not too heavy. I'll make this again! Thanks for sharing. :)
It was just so so, didn't really have any zing!

Great! Fast, easy and very tasty. I have a dip recipe quite similar that is microwaved and served with Triscuits or other crackers. Love the French Bread addition and baked. Thanks for sharing.
So simple and So delicious!
I made this with chicken for dinner a few nights ago. It was a big hit.
So freaking delicious & sooo easy. I added yummy garlic and loved splashing some tabasco on each bite! thanks!
