I have made this recipe several times, and this dip is always a HUGE hit! It's great for parties and holidays. I substitute ingredients for low-fat versions when possible. Also, I've found that if I use FRESH spinach, it tastes much better. The only downside- now no restaurant dip can compare...I much prefer to make this one!

So good and cheesy and yummy. My family devours this when I make it. I've made it about 6 times now, and it's one of those recipes you really can't mess up. I like to mix all the ingredients together instead of layering them. I reserve some mozzarella cheese to sprinkle over the top, and I add some chopped tomatoes on top as well. This will be gone in fifteen minutes!

I didn't roast the garlic. Instead I just cut it up and put it into the recipe along with garlic powder and salt. I also cooked it on 400 degrees for about an hour. I mixed all ingredients together instead of layering them.

I made this tonight for my daughters sleep over the girls loved it. The only things I did different was use 8 oz of cream cheese and more mozzarella than it called for we are cheese lovers, I also added some garlic salt, pepper and a little onion powder.I used roasted garlic parmesan alfredo sauce.I think it is just as good as one of our favorite restaurants.

Great dip! You may want to run it in the food processor for a few pulses before baking--to make sure everything's chopped and blended.

I tried this recipe last night with my guests and it was big hit. I served it with White Corn Tortilla Chips and I also placed a small amount of chopped pico de gallo on top. I will definitely use a little less spinach next time though. Highly Recommend!

This is really good. We made it once about a month ago for a small get-together and since then we've had several requests to make it and bring to other get-togethers. Must be good to have people specifically call and request that you bring it.

This is an excellent recipe. I added an extra 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella and it was perfect. Next time I may add more garlic cloves.

Pretty darn good. Not the very best I've eaten (I think Mimi's still takes the gold medal), but probably the best home made effort I've tasted. I added some extra garlic (probably doubled) and mozzarella cheese (an extra cup or so), but nothing that would really change the recipe too much.

This was very good. I made my own alfredo sauce, from a recipe on this site called 'Easy Alfredo Sauce" I think the fresh sauce helped the dish quite a bit.
