We loved this dip! After reading the reviews i roasted the garlic and made sure the dip was very thoroughly mixed before putting it in the oven. Served this in a toasted bread bowl, and on another occasion with tortilla chips for dipping.

I just made this recipe for a retirement party, so had to make enough to serve 50 people. I used the calculator to reconfigure the ingredients, and even in such a large batch (2-9x13 baking dishes!) The dip was perfect. I did add about a half a teaspoon of garlic salt for kick, and garnished it with finely diced tomatoes. A for sure hit at any occasion!

We love getting this appetizer at restaurants and finally found a recipe that is as good, or better than at our favorite restaurant! I made this for my son's first birthday and it was the first thing gone! Everyone kept coming back for more!

Absolutley Delicious...the only adjustments I made were: cutting the cream cheese to 4 oz and adding 1 heaping TBSP of mayo. All the flavors blend very well together and just as you suggested...it tasted exact to the big restaurant chains I've eaten it at.

really good and super easy to make. I did not roast the garlic though; however, I did use garlic flavored alfredo sauce and it tasted great.

This is fantastic! As previously commented, I would advise using a less spinach than the recipe calls for--otherwise, it is a delicious dish.

I did nto care for this recipe at all. I followed directions as listed. It did not resemble a restarunt style dip recipe in the least. I was terribly disappointed. It lacked flavor.

This was amazing. I didn't have time to roast the garlic so I just minced it and added it to everything else, and that was just fine. I made the dip the night before and baked right before I needed it.

I made this dip for a party and doubled the recipe. It was a hit and everyone loved it. I thought it tasted just like the dip you find in some of the restaurants I've been to. I made mine in the slow cooker and it tasted great! The only thing I changed was that I added the whole block of cream cheese.

This was very yummy. Silly me, I forgot to chop the spinach! This made it hard to eat so try to remember to cut the spinach before mixing it in. I doubled the recipe and used 1/2 fresh spinach (10oz bag) and half frozen and 2 cans of artichokes. I also added a few tablespoons of plain yogurt, some black pepper and a few drops of Tabasco sauce. Be careful not to add and salt because it is very salty as is. Doubling the recipe made way too much, I'd stick to how it is unless you have a huge party. I garnished it with fresh diced tomatoes and lemon wedges and served it with some french bread slices and wheat thins. It was a hit!

This was absolutely the best I have ever had. I used the Bertolli garlic alfredo sauce in the jar, and it was wonderful. It makes a lot, so it is great to take to a potluck. I cut up and toasted some pitas with olive oil for dipping, and it was fantastic. A huge hit at a neighborhood get together. Easy and delicious!!

This is the best stuff ever. I have made it TONS of times and its always a hit. I use a bit less of the artichoke and a bit less of the sauce.... WONDERFUL!
