I thought this was alright but not as good as other dips I have tried. I thought it was a little too cream cheese -y. Anyway, it was pretty good anyway thank you!

I accidentally grabbed the can of Hearts of Palm instead of the Artichoke Hearts at the grocery store!! But I used them anyways and they worked just as well and were 60 cents cheaper at Price Chopper! I also used 1 tbsp of garlic powder and used 8 oz of cream cheese. It came out very good!!

Made this dip for my sister's baby shower yesterday and it was very good. I used half the spinach called for which was plenty and Trader Joe's Alfredo. I will try it with Bertoli Alfredo next time as several other reviewers stated good results with that. The dip had a great texture and consistency. UPDATE: I have made this recipe twice more since my first review and have gotten rave reviews from my guests both times. I now use the Roasted Garlic Bertoli Alfredo. I roast 5 garlic cloves drizzled with olive oil in my oven on 350 for 30 minutes, than mince those and add them to the mixture. To prepare I blend all my cheeses first. I lightly pulse the artichoke w/ 8 to 10 marinated sun dried tomatoes in the Food Processor taking care to get small chunks, not a paste. I stir the artichoke and cheese mixtures together and add about 2 handfuls of torn, fresh baby spinach omitting the frozen spinach all together. I stir to incorporate the spinach well and spoon it into a prepared, glass 8x8 dish. I add additional shredded Parm. to the top and bake as directed. One last note: I personally don't like the look of the oils floating to the top when I pull the dip from the oven. I blot with paper towel to remove most of the excess oil and stir the dip into a serving bowl garnishing it with a bit more shredded parm making it picture perfect.

This is a 4.5 star recipe. . I mix together all the ingredients in a bowl but reserve 1/2 c. of mozzarrella cheese to sprinkle on top along with some extra parmesan. I bake for 30 min, then I put it under the broiler for a few minutes to brown the cheeses. I serve this with sourdough bread. Yummy.

Edited orignally review 11/8/2006 : I have now made this dish once or twice a month since my original review. My new changes are to basically double the recipe, use marinated artichokes, minced jarred garlic, way more cheese and bacon bits. This is no the dish requested at every potluck. Very good'

I Love this recipe!! I make it all the time, especially when I'm going somewhere that I want people to think I'm a good cook! lol. I used the minced garlic instead of cloves though. But everything else is perfect!!

This dip is very good, althought I thought it could use some salt. I used a full 8oz of cream cheese and the refrigerated LIGHT alfredo sauce. I served it with white and blue corn tortilla chips...YUMMY!!!

This was fantastic. I did not have enough time to roast the garlic, so I just added about one tablespoon of garlic powder. I also used light alfredo, reduced fat cream cheese (8 ounces) and skim milk mozzarella, just to help lighten the load a little. It was creamy and so, so flavorful. Served with baked tortilla chips, it was a perfect dip for company. I can't wait to make it again!
