pretty good. I advise to use less salt...almost came out too salty.

I thought this was great, definitely easy and you can tweak it to spice it up a bit if you like. A very filling meal, with ingredients you have on hand.

I didnt have the beef cube, but I made it anyway and it was actually really good. I added some garlic salt on top of mine and it gave it that little bit of a flare. I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would!

My dad, a WWII Vet, used to make this for dinner when mom was sick. I changed it a bit by adding sliced mushrooms, sauteed onions, some garlic salt, a can of cream of mushroom soup and baby peas. Served over toast--delicious! Brings back such memories

Very simple recipe. Yummy! Everyone loved this over buttered parsley noodles. Will make again.

This recipe was only good after it has been modified (a lot) which to me means that it is not the recipe itself. Once I added a can of mushroom soup, a can of onion soup, garlic salt, onion salt, and seasoning salt...it was quite tasty. The original recipe is definitely lacking in flavor.

This was just so-so. A very filling meal but rather bland on the flavoring. I followed the recipe as written but if I make it again I'll try to get some more flavor in there. Maybe saute a small diced onion?

Good Basic Recipe...I didn't have any ground beef on hand so I used ground turkey. I also added fresh mushrooms while browning the meat...turned out very well. thanks.

This is a very good recipe, it was perfect for my family of picky eaters. I used fat-free evaporated milk for more creamy texture with less fat. It turned out quite thick, but I was able to add more milk a little at a time until I had the consistency I prefer. Served over egg noodles, but would be delicious over biscuits for breakfast.

This does not sound great, but I really like it. I used cream of mushroom soup instead, and added some worcestershire. It was great comfort food, nice with rice, noodles or potatoes. The kids like this too!

oh no...this was like lumpy paste. I followed the recipe hoping it was like a dish a friends mom made when I was a kid...not it. If you're staring at a pan of this stuff right now wondering how you're going to choke it down.. 1. DISSOLVE 2 more cubes of boullion in about half of a cup of water and add slowly. 2. stir and let simmer a while longer to thicken up again. 3. Salt Salt Salt. It's not great and I still have the taste of kindergarten paste in my mouth but at least I didn't have to cook anything else tonight.

This was quite good, though somewhat bland without adding extra sea salt and pepper to taste. I normally use a boxed Beef Stroganoff mix, which has frightening amounts of sodium, so this was a welcome change. I also used reduced sodium beef boullion, so that may explain it having a little less flavor. I do think it is a keeper though!

A very good comfort food! I mixed the flour into half and half instead of milk, and i added sausage and minced dried onion to the beef while cooking, because to me,ground beef is just too bland by itself in this recipe. Hubby gobbles it up!
