Awesome and sooo easy! I used about 2 tablespoons of worcestershire sauce instead of just 1/4 tsp....not near enough! I also used a little bit of cayenne pepper...gives it some heat! This is a quick and easy meal that your family will love!

Surprisingly delicious! I was a little worried that it would be too bland, but the addition of onions and garlic was perfect! I served over noodles. Very tasty, quick and convenient.

This is so good and quick to make. My family loved it. I'll be putting this into our dinner rotation. Thanks. Oh, I added onion soup mix this. Other than that it was the same recipe.

I like this recipe, it is just lacks the wow factor. I will make again, seeing as you don't need a whole bunch of special ingredients. Good for quick suppers when you don't want to run to the store.

I added some extra seasonings while browning the ground beef; 1/2 tsp of onion and garlic powder. I did not have any noodles on hand, but had garlic mash potatoes. It was ver well seasoned in combination with the potatoes. Thanks for the recipe.

I like this very tasty and hits the spot. My changes are did not add salt, added a can of cream of mushroom, added mushrooms, garlic powder, minced onion and only a cup of milk. Next time I wont add as much worchire and maybe throw some peas in there. Very good and easy.:)

I had never heard of S.O.S. before, I was just looking for something simple I could fix because i was sick of being in the kitchen. It was great! With changes, of course. I did add lots of seasoning (garlic and onion powder, touch od cayenne) chopped onion and bell pepper and ever threw in some leftover canned corn. It was tasty over mashed potatoes. Next time I'll try some peas for a heartier meal. Thanx!

This was my favorite breakfast item in the military. When I make it at home I add a can (drained) of diced tomatoes and some other spices. I serve it with cheesy scrambled eggs and biscuits. Yummmmm!

While it wasn't bad, it was, like everyone else said before adding their own things in, bland. It's definitely a great starter to make more interesting, but I don't think I'll cook it again because I'm not that creative ;)

Wow! My dad was a chef in the Army and this is almost exactly his recipe. I love how this turned out; creamy, flavorful, and great over buttered toast, served with a fried egg on top and a side of fried potatoes. Good thing we only have if once in a while.

A "5" because it was inexpensive, quick, easy and tasty. The color threw the kids off for a minute-but they liked the flavor. I served with buttered noodles and peas for a real old-fashioned comfort dinner.

This was good, but needs more seasonings or it would have been bland... I added minced garlic, onion powder, and little paprika. I think with the amount of liquid this recipe could also take another buillion cube as well and maybe omit the added salt. It's an easy dinner to make when all you have is ground beef! We ate it on toasted french bread.

My family really loved this recipe. I did follow some advice from others and just added a teaspoon each of garlic and onion powder which worked really great with the rest of the ingredients.
