Simple and sweet, this cobbler will garner raves. Cherries simply go in the bottom of the pan along with some baking powder dough and a sugary cornstarch syrup. Then altogether they bake up sweet, bubbly and delicious. Serve it warm with whipped cream.

This yummy cobbler uses canned instead of fresh peaches, and there 's nary a difference. The light and airy biscuit batter goes in the pan first, followed by the peaches. It bakes up bubbly and delicious and is grand with scoops of vanilla ice cream. 

Mock Apple Pie I

The apples in this pie are Ritz crackers. They 're arranged in the bottom of a pie shell, and topped with a lemony sweet syrup with bits of butter and cinnamon. The top crust is popped on and the pie baked until golden.

Lemon Cloud Pie I

First you make a simple lemon custard, then you stir in cream cheese, and then comes the sweetened whipped egg whites. That 's the cloud-like part. This lovely pale yellow filling is then spooned into a baked crust and chilled. Serve with fresh, sliced strawberries or blueberries.
