  1. Stir together the apricot jam, honey, hot English mustard, and orange marmalade in a bowl until the mixture is well combined.

  • Cook's Note
  • When mixing ingredients together, I heat in microwave for 15 seconds to make mixing easier.
  • To use, pour glaze over a ham that has been scored with a sharp knife in a diamond pattern. Bake as desired, basting ham with glaze occasionally during baking time. Serve ham sliced, hot or cold.

Very yummy. The glaze added some additional sweetness to the ham.

Yum! We have gammon alot and this glaze really made it special. I am sure this will become a staple in our house. I doubled the recipe and kept half out to use a side dipping sauce (uncooked).

Very great glaze for my Easter ham. I could not find the English hot mustard, so I used a jalapeño mustard and it was terrific! This will be the ONLY glaze I use from now on!
