Sooo good! I used red cherry preserves, since that was what I had on hand. It was great! Very sweet and rich. Thought I'd try using part preserves and part dried fruit next time, such as apricots or dates, to make it just a bit less sweet and caloric.

My kids loved these! I just left out the coconut since no one in the household likes it. And it's so easy to make, next time I think I'll have my little eager kitchen assistants do it themselves with a little supervision.
