Great recipe. I get lots of compliments on these crescents. Plus, they are easy to make. I usually double the filling though, adds more flavor.

I have been making these cookies for years, I skip the coconut (don't like coconut) and use just jam and finely chopped nuts. They are a lot of work but holiday cookies are meant to be EXTRA special.
