This is an old recipe that I lost many years ago, BEST LOVED in our family and I am happy to have found it again!! This is a hit at every gathering. I use all chocolate pudding, and hazel nuts and pecans for crust. Virginia

This cookie has great texture and wonderful flavor -it's creamy, cakey and lemony and the apricot flavor tops it off so well...

These cookies are very good. I used Strawberry preserves though instead of the Apricot and they turned out really good.

These cookies are wonderful! This recipe has now replaced my older version as the cream cheese gives a delightful taste & texture. I did use more preserves and less lemon as that is our preference. Great cookies!! Everyone who received them from me at Christmas raved....
