I was really disappointed with this recipe. Cookies are thin, flat, gooey and lack the taste of the apricots. Too much chocolate I think really took away any flavor of of the friut. They fell apart easily when putting on wire rack to cool.I tried turning down the heat to 350 and cooked for 12 minutes hoping that would help. I am glad this was a small 2 dozen batch recipe. I'll keep looking for another Apricot Cookie recipe.
