After reading reviews, I increased the butter by 1TBLS. and the OJ by 3 TBLS. This bread is moist and delicious.

I'll surely give this bread a 5+. My father asked me to make him some apricot bread for Christmas. This one was PERFECT! The orange juice makes the nicest citrus flavor. Really different and wonderful! This one's a keeper!

Pretty good bread. Took at least 20 minutes longer to bake than it said. My husband said he preferred banana bread, but it was a nice change.

Very nice recipe, easy even for a beginner in baking like me. I did half of what the recipe called for, because it was just for my husband and me. I did chopped walnuts and almonds, yummy. It is nicer when it is fresh though. Thank you ofr the recipe!!!

Great recipe with 2 modifications - after reading the previous reviews I added an extra 3 tbsp orange juice and 1 tbsp butter. Wanted to avoid a dry bread. The result was very moist so the adjustments worked. Easy recipe, great way to get rid of dried apricots which were sitting in the pantry...

I followed this recipe and did not like the texture or taste of the bread. It was heavy and crumbled when cut. I also did not like the apricots and will try this recipe with pineapple to see if the taste improves. Three stars because it was an easy recipe.
