I brought these to our family Christmas and three were eaten. I froze them and brought them to our New Year's Eve party...three were eaten. I ended up throwing them out. They were okay tasting, but I guess my crowd doesn't appreciate this type of treat.

I made these and put them in holiday baskets for my friends and family. Huge hit! Everyone loved them and they weren't very hard to make.

This is sooooo tasty! I made this for our town's Apricot Festival and they were a hit. I only rolled half in icing sugar for a stronger visual presentation. They are sweet enough without the icing sugar for a bit healthier of a treat.

These were a huge success with my "test audience." Very easy to make, though time consuming. Be sure to really pack the balls so that they stay together when you roll them in the confectioner's sugar.
