My mother loved this dish but I was a little disappointed. I think it could be more falvorful, but I'm not sure what to add to make it so. I used a little more apricots and I should've used a little more apricot juice. I enjoy more spicy dishes.

Excellent! Followed recipe exactly as stated, with the exception of a few drops of Kitchen Bouquot (brown seasoning sauce) for some color. Everyone loved it...no leftovers!Fed two adults and two children.

Used fresh apricots, pitted & cut into quarters, and cut the cherry tomatoes in half. Served over whole grain brown rice. Very tasty!

I liked this recipe, but I added ginger, garlic, and pepper. My husband didn't care for the tomatoes so I think I will use water chestnuts instead next time.

This was pretty good. Not spectacular. I have a lot of apricots so I was looking for something good to do with them that didn't involve a lot of sugar and butter. So I used real apricots and not canned apricots. And I didn't replace the syrup with something else. I'm sure the recipe as is would be yummier. I'm just trying to be healthier.
