Cranberry Apple Raisin Stuffing

Since most of my family has been vegetarian for 25 years, we make this stuffing in a casserole instead of stuffing it in the turkey. You can, however, stuff the turkey with it and it is just as good!

This recipe makes a dressing with rice and apple mixed in with the usual ingredients. Use a rice cooker for the rice and a food processor to grate or chop vegetables and you can cut the prep time in half.
