This was a good recipe and my family seemed to like it. There were no ohhs and ahhhs, but it was nice. Will I make it again? Maybe, maybe not. My family could go either way on that one.

This was DELICOUS! I used 2 apples, chianti, and didn't have any currants, but it was great just the same. Will make again and again!

Very Good. I substituted the fruit for rasberries and it came out vedry delicious- It may be too bitter for some people but give it a try- the rosemary really makes this recipe stand out! thanks again

Very good accompaniment when adding brown sugar, fresh cranberries and frozen whole raspberries instead of currants

Wow! What a great recipe. I had to substitute the currants and raisins with chopped prunes and craisins, and I used port instead of Marsala, tarragon instead of rosemary. Wonderful. Flavorful. A keeper. Served w/ stuffing and a simple salad.

I didn't have currants so I substituted dried cranberries. I also didn't have Marsala wine, so I substituted a dry red wine. It still turned out great! My husband's comment after his first bite was: "Mmmmmmm, yeah!" This is one I will be making again for sure!

This recipe is good for people that enjoy tart and sweet foods.My boyfriend really enjoyed this dish but I was not impressed.I dont think I will make this one again anytime soon!
