This recipe was fantastic! The roast came out so tender and the apple topping was a great combination with the pork. I highly recommend this recipe. You will not be disappointed.

This is the best recipe ever. I made this the first time when it came out in taste of home for a scrapbooking retreat. It is a staple in my home now. I don't do the apple topped part. I mix the seasoning in big batches and have it ready for any pork and sometimes chicken that enters my home. I STRONGLY recommend you try this. It is SOOOOOOOOOOO good.
