I thought these were very good. I did add 1/2 tsp cinnamon to the batter and baked the muffins for 25 minutes. I'd make them again.

These muffins filled my home with mouth watering aromas while baking. I followed the other reviewers suggestions with some minor changes to the recipe. These were a big hit with my whole family! Will make these again for sure!

Very good muffin. Used 2 apples, added 2 tsp cinnamon to the dry ingredients, 2 tablespoon milk, 1/2 cup raisins and sprinkled the batter with sugar/cinnamon mixture. Very yummy.... Made 12 big muffins. Baked for 25 minutes.

Delicious!! I made these for a coworkers birthday and they were a hit! I did make a few of the suggested changes to the recipe. I doubled the apples, added 2 tsp cinnamon to dry ingredients, cut the butter to 1/4 cup and added 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce, used 1/2 c white and 1/2 c brown sugar, and finally I added some of the topping mixture to the middle of the muffins. SO GOOD!!!

These were very good, especially hot from the oven. I followed the suggestions of other reviewers and added 1 t. cinnamon, used 1/2 c. white sugar and 1/2 c. brown sugar, and shredded the apples. They did not have a strong apple flavor but I like it that way.

These were pretty good, although I thought they could be a bit sweeter. I followed the recipe for the most part, except that I doubled the streusel topping amounts and grated the apples. I made these into 12 huge muffins. Next time I will add some more sugar to the batter.

These were delicious! I made them yesterday, kept them covered in my cake plate and had them for breakfast this morning. So yummy! I used two apples and I chopped them in fairly decent-size chunks. I like to bite into the apple, not just have the flavor of shredded apple. Will definitely make them again!

Followed suggestions and grated the apples, I added an extra apple and added a splash of fresh orange juice to the mix. Yummy !! Keeps really well and actually gets better.

These were good, but just a tad dry. They could use a little oil, or maybe applesauce to moisten them up. Maybe a touch of cinnamon to the batter too. The crumble part was delicious!

These were pretty good, I didn't think there was a very strong apple flavour though. I made them with some changes o ther people had made, grating 1 cup of apple and then chopping the rest, plus 1/2 cup brown and 1/2 cup white sugar. Not bad though.

Delicious! I gave this recipe 4 stars instead of 5 only because I tweaked it a bit. I took the suggestion of other reviewers and added 1/2 tsp cinnamon and 1/2 tsp nutmeg, also using 1/2 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar. I used 2 apples, one chopped (Gala) and one grated (Granny Smith). They tunred out AMAZING. I made 6 regular sized muffins and 24 mini-muffins. My husband could not stop raving about them. These are going to become a staple in my home!
