  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease and flour two 8x4x2-inch loaf pans.
  2. In a large bowl combine baking mix, flour, and apple pie spice. In another large bowl combine eggs, LUCKY LEAF Apple Pie Filling, MUSSELMAN'S Apple Sauce, 1/2 cup of the brown sugar, and oil. Add to flour mixture. Stir just until moistened. Divide batter evenly between prepared pans. Top each loaf with remaining brown sugar and walnuts (if using).

This bread is very tasty and moist! I love how it made two loaves since I could share one and keep one for my family. It was a bit crumbly, but still tasted great!

This is a delicious bread. A lot of ingredients, so it sunk and it is incredibly heavy, but that's to be expected. It also definitely needs to be refrigerated overnight if you are letting it sit out during the day--it's so moist, I'm convinced it will mold. Definitely not a diet tea bread, but delicious and moist. Thanks for the recipe!
