This was an excellent salad. Not too sweet as the spicy dressing offset the sweet berries. I didn't have bean sprouts. I used basalmic vinegar and onion powder and kosher salt. I did add some freshly ground black pepper. This needed something else though, maybe some toasted ramen noodles, nuts or some feta cheese? I added some sesame seeds halfway though eating and liked the result. I took the picture before I put the bacon on, oops~ Thanks for the great dressing, I looooved it!

The dressing was a little sweet for my liking but that is an easy fix and all in all it was a great recipe. I loved the color it brought to my table.

SO GOOD! My boyfriend and I made this a few days ago and it was great. The dressing goes a long way. We used mostly olive oil and subbed soy for the W sauce. :) Fabulous!

Fantastic! Instead of granny smith, I used golden delicious apples. I LOVE the dressing. It is really, really good. I'll definitely be making this again.
