I was looking for a change from the two syrups I have been making from this site and I had a large gallon jug of apple cider that I wouldn't be able to use before it went bad. So, here we are.
I tripled the recipe, added cinnamon, a little vanilla and a little butter. I brought it to a boil and let it thicken, then cooled it on the stove. It's SO yum.
I can't wait to try it tomorrow on either french toast or pancakes. Thanks to the person who submitted this recipe.
