Apple Sausage Appetizers

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 (20 ounce) jars unsweetened chunky applesauce
  • 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 pounds fully cooked kielbasa or Polish sausage, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
  • 1 medium onion, chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a bowl, combine applesauce and brown sugar. Stir in sausage and onion. Transfer to a greased 13-in. x 9-in. x 2-in. baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 40-50 minutes or until bubbly.
