Pineapple, peanuts and lots of chopped apples are folded into whipped topping and a nice, thick cooked pineapple juice dressing. 

Apple Stick Salad

Apples, onions and pickles are mixed into a sugar/vinegar concoction and steeped in the refrigerator. Nice with roast port or topping a juicy hamburger.

Fresh and dried fruits are dressed in sour cream in this salad which can be served with turkey or ham, or as a dessert. 

Triple Crunch Apple Salad

The crunch part consists of crisp apples, celery and toasted hazelnuts, but there are also dates and orange juice in this wonderful salad. And the dressing is heavenly - sour cream, mayonnaise and whipped topping. Chill and serve to four.

Miniature marshmallows, peanuts, apples and pineapple chunks are folded into a sweet vinegar and pineapple juice dressing, and then folded into a nice whipped topping. Makes eight generous servings.

Pineapple, Spanish peanuts and lots of chopped apples are folded into whipped topping and a nice, thick cooked pineapple juice dressing. Chill for an hour and serve to twelve for dessert.
