I'm not the biggest pork fan, but I did enjoy these chops. The apples give a light tart flavor, very yummy. And it turns out alright even if you forget to skin the apples. Whoops!

I added prunes to this dish & it was great,a very different flavor,than the same old pork chop dinner.

This was very good. I used apples and pears, and as I was out of cloves I used a little cinnamin which my kids love. Pork stayed very moist. Next time I will use boneless chops.

As with other reviews I think Cinnamon adds greatly to the taste with a slight reduction in cloves. This was my first try using Myreceipt.com and if this one is any indication I will be using it alot.

This was good but alittle bland. It needed something. I'm not sure what. I think it needed alittle more sweetness.But it was very moist.

This recipe is easy, fast, and really tasty. I, too, used cinnamon instead of cloves which worked out just fine.

This dish is pretty tasty. The pork chops come out nice and tender. It is just a bit bland though. I agree with one rater in that is needs "something". It would be much better if it were more spicey-sweet.
