My husband picked this recipe for our Sunday night dinner. I needed 4 servings for our family. I made a few minor changes: seasoned the pork with salt, pepper and garlic powder, sauteed a small onion in the leftover fat from browning the pork chops and used golden mushroom soup for the topping. I used a whole box of stuffing and a whole can of soup. The stuffing was so tasty! The apples and raisins went so well with the pork. We will be making this again and again! Thanks!!

I was surprised that my husband and I enjoyed this as much as we did. I am not one to use fruit in my warm main course. I did change one thing and used the Stove Stop cornbread flavor. The apples and raisins medled well with the cornbread flavor.

My husband and I thought this turned out really well. Instead of leavin the pork chops whole, I cut them into smaller pieces but followed the same directions. I spiced them up a little bit, but the rest of the recipe was the same. I was afraid the stuffing would be really soggy, but it was a good consistency considering it was at the bottom of a casserole. Apples and golden raisins were a good mix. Thanks for the recipe.

BIG HUGE RAVES from HUBBY, little munchkin liked it as well. I doubled the recipe, and used 4 chops. I did however follow the water amount called for on the back of the stuffing box(used the whole box) since i was afraid the dressing would turn out soggy, I used one can of cream of mushroom. I was worried i wouldn't like the raisins (and my husband hasn't ever liked cooked raisins) but we love love it. He's comparing it to Sunday pot roast (all time fav.) Our one thing is we think we'll use more than one box of stuffing next time. THis is going in the recipe book. Thank you.

We did not like this at all. I made this as written. The apples and the chicken stuffing didn't work together at all for some reason. I was surprised because I love pork chops with apples and I love stuffing with apples as well. I think it would be a lot better with a different flavor of stuffing.

FANTASTIC!! Used 3 apples (they are homegrown, so a little smaller than store bought), full can of soup, and a full box of stuffing. I absolutely couldn't get enough of it!!! I used a cast iron skillet for baking, since I already had it out to brown the chops. Worked like a champ!!!

Came out great! I just need to chop the apple a bit finer me thinks, and maybe marinade the pork, which I didn't do this time. Otherwise though, a surprisingly good dish! Left overs tonight! YUM!

My family loves pork chops so I thought I would try this recipe. I actually marinatied my chops for 6 hrs in my own marinade then made the rest of the recipie as is. We didn't care for the stuffing at all, it was way to mushy, but it might have been my fault since I did use a whole can of soup for four chops though. I think it would have been better over rice. I don't think I will try this again though.

Stuffing overpowered the pork flavor. Cut pork into chunks. Enjoyable, but not a favorite. Very easy to prepare

I really liked the pork and the stuffing was great, but I made this recipe for 10. WARNING-There will be WAY too much soup. Just be careful. Also, I used Mrs. Cubbisons herb stuffing, which is my preferred as far as box mixes go. It's still nowhere near homemade, but it's sure closer!

I suppose it could have been me, but the stuffing was weird. I may have the courage to try again but I definately will have to think about what went wrong before doing so.

This was pretty tasty. My family did not say a word at the table and ate the stuffing even though it looked mushy. The taste of the stuffing was awesome but the presentation was not. With a few alterations this could be very good. It beats having to stuff the chops.

Good recipe. Was a little skeptical about the cream of mushroom soup but it came out pretty good. Will probably make again in the apple season.

I didnt feel like this had a lot of flavor and the pork was dried out. It was ok, but I would not make again.

This was delicious! One teeny tiny addition: I sauteed some shallot in olive oil until soft, and then added the raisin and apple to the shallot & sauteed them a bit in the oil until softened, then proceeded with the stuffing prep.

I've never tried a more "unlikely" sounding recipe for pork chops, but this was amazing. I got great applause from the whole family and three people asked for the recipe! Thanks a ton for this one!

Quick and easy. I used 2 medium apples, a whole package of stovetop stuffing mix, and the entire can of cream of mushroom soup for 4 pork chops. Without the whole can of soup, I think the stuffing would have been a bit dry.
