Original Recipe Yield 2 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package 1/3-less-fat cream cheese (Neufchatel)
  • 1 tablespoon seltzer water
  • 2 tablespoons light brown sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 red crisp apple, medium, chopped
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions

  1. Mix cream cheese and seltzer water with electric mixer on medium speed until smooth. Add the sugar and the cinnamon. Fold in the pecans and apples. Refrigerate. Serve with Town House® crackers. Garnish with cinnamon, chopped pecans, or a red apple slice.
