Apple Pie Spice Mix

INGREDIENTS

  • 4 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 2 teaspoons ground nutmeg
  • 1 teaspoon ground cardamom

DIRECTIONS

  1. In a small bowl, combine cinnamon, nutmeg and cardamom. Store in a sealed jar.

Baking pie is a rather straightforward technique, but a few  tips  can only help to make your pies come out looking and tasting perfect!

Delish! I love to make spice mixes homemade. This one is wonderful! I have been using it in my apple cider and also my oatmeal.

Very good to have on hand for anything appley. Also good over pancakes with a little brown sugar. Occasionally I also add a pinch of ground cloves. Thanks!
