Great recipe! I made a few changes that turned out wonderful! 1/2 cup of brown sugar instead of 1/4 in filling. add 3 tbsp of honey to the pastry dough after mixing in egg yolk, lemon juice and water mixture. for the glaze i sprinkled in some cinnamon and granulated sugar. I only needed to bake it for 25 minutes at 400 degrees and it was a light golden brown. SUPER yummy!
