Ingredients

  • 1 apple - peeled, cored, and chopped
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 scoops vanilla ice cream
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar

Directions

  1. Place the apple, milk, ice cream, and sugar in a blender, and blend until smooth. Serve cold!
