Apple Lettuce Salad
SUBMITTED BY:
Marlene Muckenhirn
"Apples and lettuce pair up in this colorful and crunchy salad that you can make ahead for a gathering. The sweet and tangy vinaigrette dressing coats the apple nicely and keeps them from turning brown. -Marlene Muckenhirn, Delano, Minnesota"

I didn't have apple juice and used white grape juice instead. It was still great! Even kids liked it.

I've made this recipe twice and it's been a huge hit both times. I add sugared walnuts too.
