Family and guest thoroughly enjoyed it. I used home canned chunky applesauce rather than canned pie filling. I was fantastic. Easy and quick, great for a quick dessert for unexpected company or to serve as a snack after school. Very versatile

Very delicious and simple. I made my own apple filling with 4 small apples, some sugar, flour, cinnamon and nutmeg. I used only 1/3 cup water for the syrup, and it thickened nicely upon cooling. I will definitely make this again and again.

This is so good and easy to make. I made it for a church pot luck and had to pass out copies of the recipes the next Sunday. I made it once with cream cheese, like one reviewer said, and I did not like it as well as the original. Only advise is to be sure to pick up flour tortillas and not corn. I made this mistake once.

Made it last night for a dinner party. It was a big hit. I made a couple of changes. Reduced the amount of sugars to 1/3 cup each and added frozen blackberries (thawed) to apple mix. I also combined the remaining apple- berry mixture to the syrup. Thanks for the great recipe!

This Apple Enchilada Dessert is wonderful! So wonderful, I want to make a suggestion to our neighborhood Mexican Restuarant to start making and put on their menu.

THis was very good. I took the advice of the other reviews and cut down the brown sugar to 1/3 cup but kept the white sugar at about the same. I also added a few dashes of nutmeg and 1 tsp of real vanilla. I cut up 2 granny smith apples, steamed them in the mic and added a little sugar, then added to the canned apple filling. We served it warm with vanilla ice cream. Everyone really like this. It's a keeper and tases great for breakfast.

This was really good. I fixed this for a church get together and everyone just loved it. Big hit! I give this five stars because i pretty much went exactly by the directions except I double the recipe. I think next time just for a twist, I'll try some cream cheese inside. All in all, a very yummy treat!! Thanks!

I made this for a Mexican potluck lunch and it was FANTASTIC. So easy and good, but people think it's a lot more complicated than it is. I will definitely make this again. Was great with vanilla ice cream.

Overall very good. Followed other reviewers' tips and made my own filling using fresh apples; also reduced the amount of sugar and water. Also added a little cornstarch, but sauce still came out a little runny. Would try more cornstarch and even less water next time.
