Great, easy, recipe. I'm diabetic so we made it with Splenda brown sugar and it tasted wonderul. I don't get sweet things very often and let me tell you this hit the spot. Adding some peanut butter, it made a great dip for celery sticks.
I even used some leftover "dip" on a sandwich and made it with light wheat bread and it was great! It reminded me of peanut butter and syrup sandwiches.
It reminded me so much of the taste of syrup, that I've decided to use it pancakes next time.
I have made this twice this month!
