Very good- I liked it a lot! The kids in my daughters' classroom, not so much. I had to make a healthy treat, per the teachers request, but this was not the kids favorite. I didn't care - there was more left for me! Yummy!

I made this for a bridal shower and everyone loved it. I sprinkled walnuts on top and it was a huge hit. People thought it was caramel. I probably put in a bit more vanilla than called for.

This is so good. Made it yesterday with neufchatel cheese, 1/3c br. sugar, and just poured in the vanilla. didn't have a chance to try it then, but I've eaten it with two honeycrisp apples today and it's been a real effort to not just sit down with a spoon and polish off the rest. I've not been patient enough to let the dip soften to RT before I eat it, but imagine it would be even better if it could soften and be a bit more dippy. Will most definately be making this again...

This is a great recipe! I just had it last week at someone's house. The only difference is that they added 1/4 cup brown sugar and 1/4 cup white sugar, then stirred in toffee bits at the end after the other ingredients were well blended. If you haven't tried it with the toffee bits you need to! Thanks for sharing!

Very good. Used Neufchatel cheese. Which has 1/3 less fat than Regular Cream Cheese. You can't tell the difference at all. So good it's tempting to eat it all in one sitting.

Tried this with strawberry cream cheese. It was good...a little different, maybe a little too sweet...but still good.

I saw this in a recent review and went right out in the kitchen and made it. I used fat-free cream cheese and it turned out just great! I'm eating it as I type with a cut up Gala apple.

Simple and Tasty. I cut back a tad on the brown sugar so it wouldn't be too sweet and it was great. Next time I will make a double batch b/c it will not last long!

This is a really good recipe! I haven't made this in years and just came upon it in allrecipes. When I make it, I usually add 1/2 cup of chopped, skinless peanuts. I serve apples, bananas and pears with this dip. I also use light cream cheese to cut some of the calories. I can't wait to make it this weekend when the kids are home!

This is my favorite fruit dip. I had forgotten about it and haven't made it in a while. My mom used to make this when I was growing up.

Just excellent and simple as can be! I did let my cream cheese get to room temp and I used a blender to mix everything. My son will love it in his lunches!

I tried a recipe similar to this at work but with an excellent twist: the dip was spread thinly on a plate and melted caramel was spread thinly over the top. It was sprinkled with broken/crushed Skor bars that were slightly pressed down into the caramel. Absolutely heavenly!
