Apple Dip with a Twist

"A surprisingly zesty dip, delicious with fruits and vegetables. The flavors of the apples and horseradish are highlighted by pumpkin pie spice and lemon."

INGREDIENTS (Nutrition)

  • 1 1/4 cups fat free ranch dressing
  • 1 1/4 cups grated apple
  • 1 tablespoon prepared horseradish
  • 3/4 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper, or to taste

DIRECTIONS

  1. Mix the fat free ranch dressing, grated apple, horseradish, pumpkin pie spice, lemon juice and pepper in a medium sized serving bowl and chill until serving.
