This was very good! I increased the serving size to make 8+ servings. It was quick to make and a big hit! I used about 1/4 cup of oil inplace of the butter and the crumble topping remained crisp! I will be making this again!

Nice little dessert for two! I particularly loved the topping which was just the right amount, with a lovely, buttery crunch, and with just the right amounts of cinnamon and sweetness. The only downside for us, which others might find a plus, is that since the recipe specified tart apples I used Granny Smith which, because they were not sweetened at all before the topping, were just a little too tart for us. Next time I may add some sugar to the apples, or use a blend of two different apples.

htis recipe went over big with my family. i mamde a second one and took it to my co-workers, there was nothing left to bring home, it was gone within an hour. great and very easy recipe for in the fast lane .
