I don't usually like 'baking' with the microwave, but this recipe works great. The topping comes out crispy on top, moist inside, and delicious all around. It's a wonderful dessert that's quick and easy to make. Best served warm with vanilla ice cream or whipped topping.

A different kind of apple crisp that tastes wonderful. I entered this recipe in a contest and it was a runner-up. It definitely was a winner to me. My husband loved it.

A great combination of apples and cranberries with a crispy topping. A favorite at Thanksgiving instead of plain cranberries.

I devised this recipe when I was trying to use up that leftover homemade cranberry sauce from Thanksgiving! You could probably also use canned whole cranberry sauce for this recipe.

Very easy dessert with wholesome granola and oats for the topping. Not too sweet for those who prefer natural peach flavors. Good peaches make the difference, but you can use canned. Serve warm with fresh whipped cream.

While a good pie crust ought to be a part of every cook's repertoire, sometimes there just isn't the time. But why leave the baking to the grocery stores or bakery when puff pastry is a simple, high-quality stand-in for the original? In this Crostada, the sheet dough is baked free-form with ingredients piled on top. Couldn't be easier!

The apple filling is cooked until thick and flavored with sugar and cinnamon. It 's then poured into a large baking pan and covered with a sweet, buttery oat topping. Twenty-minutes in the oven and it 's ready to serve with ice cream or caramel sauce.

This is a wonderful berry crisp. I use a triple berry mixture of raspberries, blackberries, and blueberries, but just one works well too! My family loves it! Serve it with whipped cream and it looks great.

Sliced apples are slathered in syrup, arranged in a baking dish and covered with a wonderful crumble made from brown sugar, butter and rolled oats. The crisp is then baked and served warm with scoops of rum raisin ice cream.
