Amazing Recipe! I double the recipe and use a whole bag of cranberries and I think it needs a few more than the recipe calls for. A double batch does two large loafs or a great bundt.

This bread turned out moist and tasty, and the house smelled wonderful while it was baking. I followed the recipe as written, except I threw in some extra cranberries (frozen) to use up what I had. The batter is thick but no worries; the juice in the fruit combined with the sugar make a moist bread. Thank you for sharing.

Excellent! To up the fiber content, I used 1 cup of ultragrain flour and 1/2 cup of all purpose. Still tasted wonderful!

I chickened out of putting this in a loaf pan when I saw how thick it was - I also swapped 1/2 cup od flour for WW flour so maybe that made it even thicker than warned about - anyway it baked nicely in a 9" square cake pan at 325 for about 30 minutes - tasty although now that it looks like a cake it seems not sweet enough!

Great bread recipe!! Whenever I bake anything with walnuts I roast them first on medium heat in a pan without grease or anything and with this recipe it really brought out the flavor!! Came out great! My parents couldn't stop eating it so they've bought be the ingredients to make it again!!

Just made this and it is delicious! Only thing I changed was no nuts due to allergy. Love that it is not too sweet, and makes a nice, crispy edge. Yum! Will definitely make this again and again!
