I like the general idea and flavors of this coleslaw, but the dressing misses the mark. I ended up adding more lemon juie and honey, and liberal amounts of salt and black pepper. Thanks!

This was alternative to coleslaw with mayo. I added a pinch of salt to offset the sweetness. It was a little sweet. Next time I will add half the honey. I'll definitely make it again.
