Original Recipe Yield 1 1/2 cups
 

Ingredients

  • 2/3 cup white wine
  • 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh basil
  • 3 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh rosemary
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh-ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions

  1. Whisk together the white wine, olive oil, lemon juice, cider vinegar, basil, parsley, rosemary, thyme, garlic, pepper, and salt in a bowl. Marinade chicken in mixture 8 hours or overnight.
