In Milford, Indiana, Harriet Stichter's family enjoys these tender, flaky biscuits warm from the oven. 'We have a lot of apple trees, so we're always looking for apple recipes,' she says. 'This is a tasty way to use some of our cider.'

Instead of the typical drop or cut biscuits, this hearty version is rolled up like a cinnamon roll. Tender apples, crunchy pecans and sweet honey make these a wonderful breakfast treat.

I created this one Sunday morning when I was craving that Autumn flavor. These sensuous pancakes have all the beautiful flavors of autumn but only use what you probably already have in your pantry!

This is the recipe my mom always made. I like to use the butter flavored shortening, but you can use regular. Amount of biscuits you get depends on how big around you make them and the thickness. My daughter likes me to make smaller ones.

These yummy rolls aren't really biscuits, but they're named after rolls I used to get at my local bakery. My family thinks they're sweet enough without icing, but a simple powdered sugar one would be nice.

These upside-down biscuits have an appealing nut topping that adds a special touch to a company brunch. Best of all, they bake in just minutes.

Hot apple cider sweetened with maple syrup and topped with butter and spices. A wonderful drink on a cold night or morning. You will have spiced butter left over for your next batch!
