Excellent choice for a weeknight dinner since it's so easy to prepare. I prefer to use fresh snow peas as they seem to stay crisper. Granny Smith apples are a perfect choice for their tart flavor.
I found this dish to be a bit bland for my taste. But if you are looking for a healthy meal than I guess it's ok. I was dissapointed. perhaps if the dish had a sauce to compliment the apple it would be better
Excellent meal. Really enjoyed it. I marinated the chicken in olive oil, lemon juice, and oregano before cooking it. I also added water chestnuts to it.
