this is really yummy...really fast and easy. I added some chopped pecans I had laying around and it added a nice crunch

Awesome idea! I didn't have any poppyseed dressing, so I mixed the mayo with some Peppercorn Ranch and some garlic-parmesan dip instead. Added shredded Colby-Jack, diced onion & bacon(sauteed first), and voila! A perfect dinner. Thank you!

Delicious! and quick too!! I had some leftover chicken and coleslaw so I thought I'd give it a try. I didn't have the poppy seed dressing on hand, but even without it, it is still good. I had some pecans, so I put those in too. Really good!!
